Unwashed whole raw sheep fleece for the garden, allotments and compost.
This wool is perfect for the garden, dirty and full of lanolin.
These fleeces came from our farm and the farm next door in good old Yorkshire.
You will recieve 1 whole fleece, we can not specify breed or colour but we can garauntee that once you've used raw fleece on your garden you won't want to use anything different.

Raw fleece will help keep the pests away while nourishing the ground.It's a natural, biodegradable, and renewable resource that can be used to retain moisture and control weeds.
Each whole fleece weighs approximately 1.4 - 1.8kg
1/2 fleece is approximately 700-900g
These fleeces may smell fusty and contain more dirt than our crafting fleece which is perfect for the garden .... not so much for making a jumper. We do have a range of beautiful crafting fleeces so please take a look at our other listings.

Bought this sheep fleece as a mulch for my beautiful scented roses. I was looking for something to protect them from blacksmith and also to help prevent water evaporation during a long spell of dry, hot weather. I'm very pleased with my sheep fleece and it seems to be having the desired effect. I was also impressed that slugs don't like sheeps wool. It's natural and is biodegradable. A win, win!
wish farmers could get a proper price for fleeces, but grateful that I can afford to use this for the garden, after an experiment last year, so versatile for the garden
