Shipping policy
If an item has not arrived, please contact us. Most shipping companies will advise that you need to wait up to 30 days after due delivery date before they can start an investigation. We suggest checking with your neighbours and any 'safe' places the parcels may have been left.
Deliveries
We only ship packages out on the days we are open. Please take a look at our opening days and times before ordering.
Deliveries within the UK
All UK standard deliveries are sent with Evri. Evri standard is a 3-5 business day service. (Some areas are unavailable see below).
Express deliveries. We have different couriers available. Please select your preferred option at checkout. Evri next day service and Royalmail 24 service. Both are 1-3 business day's services. With 91% of deliveries made on the first day.

Deliveries outside of the UK
Deliveries are sent with a 3rd party company so we will be unable to guarantee which courier will deliver your items.
All local taxes, customs and duties owing must be paid by you 'the customer'. We 'FarmtoFibre' are not responsible for any additional charges incurred when shipping.
Evri is unavailable to the following postcodes:
