Shipping policy
I don't have my order what do I do ?
If an item has not arrived, please contact us.
We suggest checking with neighbours and any 'safe' places the parcels may have been left.
Most shipping companies now advise that you need to wait up to 30 days after due delivery date for delivery, however we would prefer if you can please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date, so that we can try and locate.
*New* required by Evri- if you have not received your order You will be required to print out and sign a denial of receipt form before an investigation can commence. We can send this to you and you can email us a signed copy, unfortunately they don't accept digital signatures so this does have to be printed out. Without this an investigation can not go ahead and therefore a claim can not be processed so please keep this in mind before ordering an Evri delivery.
We can NOT process a refund unless this form is physically signed.
